绿化隔离带概念已经有大约100年的历史,特大城市周围建设绿化隔离带是国际上很多城市改善城市环境质量和防止城市蔓延的一种重要举措.虽然绿化隔离带规划思想在当时是进步的,但是它缺少同时代的绿色通道概念具有的生态和休闲等内在优势.本文主要以北京市绿化隔离带为例,从分析其规划思想和建设实施中存在的问题入手,详细阐述了北京市从绿化隔离带到绿色通道转化的必要性及重要意义,并提出具体实施策略. 相似文献

Over the past decades, the Southeast United States has been experiencing consistently higher fatality crash rates compared to other regions of the country. This region also has lower median household incomes, higher percentages of the population below poverty levels, higher percentage of the area classified as rural, and lower percentages of high school completion and university attainment. It is then possible to hypothesize that accident involvement could be affected by these types of socioeconomic characteristics. The objectives of this study were to identify potential socioeconomic factors that could correlate and contribute to the higher fatality crash rates in the Southeast. Driver and vehicle characteristics from the FARS database were related to socioeconomic and demographic Census variables. Crash rates were obtained using the quasi-induced exposure methodology for single- and multi-vehicle crashes. The results show that these socioeconomic characteristics have an impact on single-vehicle crashes but have no statistically significant impact on multi-vehicle crash rates. 相似文献

Access-based product-service systems (AB-PSS) are business models that can potentially decouple the satisfaction of consumer needs from environmental impacts. Hence, they have been promoted for the circular economy. Their sustainability potential has not yet been realised because consumer adoption is lagging. Although this challenge has been studied for two decades, knowledge to identify and address AB-PSS adoption barriers that matter to consumers is lacking. We hypothesise that the duration of use, the time a consumer obtains exclusive access to a specific product (short-term vs. long-term) and the type of product (bicycles vs. clothing) moderate the importance of AB-PSS adoption barriers to consumers. We compared several adoption barriers across four AB-PSS and found that the duration of use and the type of product significantly moderated the importance of some AB-PSS adoption barriers. More specifically, the Effort to access has a higher influence on consumer preference for short-term AB-PSS, whereas Product quality has a higher influence on consumer preference for long-term AB-PSS. We also found that Effort to access and Product characteristics were more important for bicycle AB-PSS, whereas Contamination and Product quality were more important for clothing AB-PSS. Different measures of cycling accessibility have been widely introduced in transportation planning. However, those measurements are mainly restricted by the availability of travel behavior data. In addition, there has been limited comprehensive research on the importance of cycling accessibility to destinations based on the travel time or distance. In this paper, a new index for measuring bikeability in metropolitan areas is introduced. A Cycling Accessibility Index (CAI) is developed for quantifying cycling accessibility within local areas in metropolitan Melbourne, Australia. CAI is defined according to gravity-based measures of accessibility. This index measures cycling accessibility levels in terms of diversity of different land uses, number of activities in statistical areas, and the travel impedance between origins and destinations. The Victorian Integrated Survey of Travel and Activity (VISTA) dataset was used to evaluate the index and investigate the association between the cycling accessibility levels and the number of bicycle trips in local areas. The index is assessed by investigating the association between levels of cycling accessibility and the number of bicycle trips in statistical areas. Key findings indicate that there is a significant positive association between bike trips and the CAI. 相似文献
